Anmar- Diagnostic Center and Mechanics Car

Avoid a wide berth if you only value your time and money. Car admitted a day later than the agreed date - no places available. Commissioned repair of the air conditioning system. Diagnosis - air conditioning cooler to be replaced and a system to be loaded, price fixed. On the day of collecting the car, the price increased by gaskets that had to be replaced - I paid poorly and picked up the car. I left for less than a week, I come back and am surprised to find that the air conditioning is not working. The car was idle. I am going back to the workshop - diagnosis is a damaged compressor, the factor has flown (some was recovered), repair cost about PLN 800 - I hardly agree. Three days later I call, twisted translations that two compressors were ordered, but they did not fit and now they are waiting for one for PLN 1800, and some 2 gaskets for PLN 200, without consulting me. Over the phone, the lady is not able to determine the cost of repairing the car. Three hours later, he estimates the estimated value of the repair at PLN 2,200. I give up repairing the car in this workshop - I order it in another. Diagnosis - to replace 4 gaskets, 2 old ones at the radiator and 2 at the compressor because they are physically missing, and the installation is loaded. The cost of repair with 4 seals is 600 PLN. I turned to the Anmar company with a request for compensation for part of the amount for the evaporated factor and the part which they recovered from the system, apart from trying to pull me over to replace a good compressor. They absolutely do not see their fault in it and according to them the repair was done correctly. They demanded that the old gaskets be brought back to them, because apparently when replacing, you give away old parts (they did not give the old ones back to me). To sum up - I strongly advise against using this workshop.

My car has been using Anmar's care for years, so at the age of 14 it is still in great condition, also because the parts used for repairs and replacements are of good quality. The professionalism of the service impresses me every time, both in the case of necessary replacements and situations when I am disturbed by unusual sounds or behavior on the road, the causes of which are quickly found and removed, which returns the comfort and safety of driving. Each decision is made jointly, so I am not surprised by the scope of work or their costs, which makes me feel that I am treated seriously and honestly. There were also several situations in which the mechanic's quick action and creativity prevented more serious damage. I am very pleased that years ago I managed to find such a good plant, it gives me a sense of security as a car owner and driver.

I recommend the services of this workshop. I came to the workshop by accident, the Opel Astra car suddenly lost its power, in the workshop despite the large amount cars, I got a diagnostic computer very quickly, nice the owner went in part, I had two solenoid valves replaced and the car regained power. I highly recommend the workshop, nice and nice professional service.

After several car visits to several workshops, various "diagnoses" and subsequent repairs, I still left my car in a defective condition. In the end, on recommendation, I came to the Anmar company, where my car, and more precisely the engine, was taken care of. After thorough and professional diagnostics and replacement of damaged elements, my car came back to full working order. I recommend :)

I heartily recommend. There is probably nothing they wouldn't fix. Everything on time and in the best quality. Contact and service are a plus. My only regret is that they don't heal people the way they heal cars. Once again, I recommend it to everyone, professionals by vocation. : D
