Here, next to the graduation towers, on the east side, a few hundred paces from the entrance (cash register) a dignified Oak grows. It is beautiful and spreading. He's several hundred years old. Next time I will be in Ciechocinek, I will measure the trunk circumference to be able to determine whether it is suitable for reporting as a natural monument. Old trees, especially oaks, are cut down in Poland, and there are few of them. Few people wonder that the trees, dignified and old, were our power, our land. We were famous for the huge stands of oak, ash, beech, hornbeam and lime. We used ourselves for construction and as fuel, but our invaders during the partitions took thousands of square meters of our trees from our forests. Let us respect what we have left.
