Neapol

Restaurant Section - I will admit, I love Neapol - I visit Poland upwards of 3 times per year and always visit Neapol atleast 4 times during my week long stays. The service is mostly always impeccable, and the food is always great. Today was an exception to that, but an exception that must be noted nonetheless. I arrived, sat down and waited for my waitstaff. She took my order at 18:43, and since that point I heard nothing from her up until 19:40 - at which point the wrong pizza was served to me. My partners pasta was served much before my pizza was served, in fact hers was stone cold before I even got a glimpse of mine. She offered me zero apologies and seemed to dismiss the fact that the pizza was incorrect - blaming it on me. Most of the time I love Neapol - but this time I was absolutely let down by the service. If I hadn’t had such positive experiences prior to this - this would be a one star review. If I hadn’t of had this negative experience on this occasion - this would be a five star review. One bad apple doesn’t ruin the bunch - the fact still remains that Neapol is a brilliant restaurant, with brilliant staff, that services brilliant food - but I don’t like the way they handled this situation. I believe this was a one off, and will continue to recommend Neapol to anybody who visits the area. I must also note - the pizza was not removed from the bill.
