I do not recommend this place. I went there to transfer my number from another network to Plus. One big chaos at that point. Employees serve clients by shouting over each other, one louder than the other, but the culmination of everything was a situation when a lady with glasses, dark hair sitting on the lower bench on the left, said that I would not transfer their number because there is no such possibility, and after a while she he does not hear at all (the plus employee from the position next to him was tearing his face so much that you could hear him at the carrefour checkout) and therefore he will not serve me. Can you feel it? The salon employee refuses to service the customer because he cannot hear him just because another employee is tearing his jape off the entire gallery. One big misunderstanding for me. Close this place and make a pet shop there. Fortunately, I had everything recorded and I have already reported it to the Plus headquarters, they like such reports there.

Please skip this point from a distance. Blonde lady with arrogant and rude glasses. All customer's fault and this is probably not the point. Today visit at another point 30 seconds and after the case. I hope someone reads this and does something for customers from Fordon

The worst plus point I've been to. No matter what the problem is, they don't know, you have to call the helpline. And the most unfavorable factor is the attitude, and if I'm not mistaken, the manager. Chamska treats each client in advance. It feels like an attack. And the expression on the face of a sh ... cat in the desert. I have no idea how she miraculously became the manager of this miserable facility ... and in fact I have a manager of such a customer service point. I recommend avoiding a wide berth.

Scammers and liars say that you have to set up an account and then impose additional fees and it was supposed to be free. I do not recommend!
