A very incompetent part of the logon misleading the customer or maybe it is just the norm of this bank from the password of the higher quality bank only hats are left.

The massacre branch I submitted two months ago for reimbursement of pzu loan insurance and after a month a second application and silence I call to alior and that the application was accepted and I am calling PZU, nothing happened to them. Bank failure and service sucks

The worst bank in the world. The kindest director of the branch closed my savings account, but they had to pay me normal because I had to pay extra. I waited a total of 45 minutes and when it was my turn, the lady informed me that she would not serve me because the system was not working and the payment would not be credited. I understand the imperfections, because such things happen, but why didn't she immediately inform me when I was sitting and waiting patiently? Everything went to waste and I left the bank upset. I will never set up an account there again. Same fees! I do not recommend to anyone. PS two positions are definitely not enough! People take root there ... I saw and heard others got irritated.

Working hours from 09:00 to 17:00 - which is not in the eye. Too few employees what are the queues.
