Villa Tatrzańska. Restauracja.

Delicious food and amazing customer service. Place is very clean. Food is amazing and not so expensive. I went with my husband and his mother for dinner. I will definitely come back again. I recommend to you who is looking for a good Polish food!

Personal experience from staying there. The staff is very nice, friendly and helpful. Rooms are fair size and clean. Can be abit hot and humid in summer. If there was -5 star option. that would be for the owner. The owner is disgustingly rude from both my experience of my stay. The first time I was there I thought he might have a bad day, but after going there the year after I realised its his disgusting disrespectful personality of how he treats the staff and the customers. He was being rude and telling of the staff for checking me in a bigger room. He was complaining in front of my room to the staff that its not worth it to rent it out to me. While I am paying at full price for the room. He wanted to check me in the cheap room with shared toilet. He lives next to the room that was rented out to me with his daughter crying from his room and in the hall way. While him harassing the staff in front of my room. He yells at me and tell me to learn. For his own miscommunications. He doesn't have respect for people's privacy while the stay. He is always watching me as I go in-out, as I'm on the phone, go for smoke, if I'm in or not. The whole restaurant was available at breakfast time. I picked to sit next to the window. He then tells me to go it sit in the worst table out in the place. Is right in front of the cashier. Right where he can just stare at me some more. WARNING!! IF YOU WANT A PLEASENT, HAPPY TIME FOR YOUR TRIP. AVIOD THIS PLACE. Namaste. 🙏🏽

Cosy Friendly Good food and service

Coming on a business trip to Bydgoszcz, I always sleep and eat in this place. The rooms are neat and clean, but the greatest asset of this place is the food and the host. I heartily recommend it to everyone.

The food is very tasty. The decor is ok. The service is nice. No parking spaces. If someone wants to eat well, he will not be disappointed.
