I do not recommend it, the staff do not communicate with each other, so when one person takes a bike, the other does not know what to do. Example: I am asking you to replace the brake pads and leave the old ones to be mounted on another bike, after a few days I come and receive information that the old ones were rolled down to the metal and were thrown away, but when collecting the bike they were thrown among other replaced parts good condition only greased and dirty (in a condition that did not allow for assembly) despite earlier requests to leave them separately so that it could be reassembled. Ps. The air was slowly coming out of the tires after collecting the bike from the service technician (so every 4-5 days you had to finish it a bit with a compressor, I will add that I pumped it for the first time right after leaving the site) despite their comprehensive inspection, I was not informed about it. After opening the tire, it turned out that the tire was damaged in 3 places and the air was escaping slowly, just because the tube was filled with anti-puncture fluid. Congratulations to the service technicians on the review.

Hand on heart, I can recommend service technicians who know their profession like no other. After visiting the site, my bike got a second life. Thank you for your individual approach to the client. I will definitely come back in a while! Full professionalism!

If you are looking for a good bike, professional service and want to enjoy trouble-free cycling, this is definitely the place for you. I think it's worth sharing your opinion. I purchased a bicycle at the beginning of May, the seller approach to the customer is almost perfect. The conversation about my requirements, preferences and how to use the bike lasted long enough for me to realize what I really need. The ordered bike came after 2 days and of course the collection took place at the company's headquarters. All the possibilities were presented to me and the height of the saddle and the angle of the shift of the grips were adjusted to my wishes. An additional advantage of this place is certainly the extensive space with bicycle products such as counters, bicycle lighting, baskets, water bottles, helmets and professional service (I had the opportunity to use it, only my fault - a small accident). I rode a bike over 400km, waited with comment until now, with a clear conscience I can recommend. In the era of large hypermarkets and the pursuit of cash, places like this are practically gone. Entering here we feel that the customer counts, not how much you can take him out of the wallet. I heartily recommend!

In search of a 9-year-old bicycle, I went to the Bart-Pol store. After a small trouble with the hit, we managed to find a room that was sealed with bicycles. Unfortunately, I came across a person who did not necessarily want to advise me, but certainly wanted to sell me a bike. Each of the bikes I showed was "perfect", "wonderful", etc. The Lord reacted in the same way as I showed the bike too big for the young and too small. With shields and lack of. Absolutely no one asked us about any preferences, and Young was completely overlooked in the conversation. After pre-selecting two models, the fitting for them ended up getting on the bike. The presented model had the steering wheel turned off and had no pedals - there was no question about the ride. We left the shop very quickly and came back to the competition, which at the time of communion / the beginning of the season prepared a friendly service and a square where you could ride a bike. Detriment! Cool good bikes, decent brands, a small change in the approach to service, the opportunity to ride a bike outside (which no one has proposed) and maybe catch up with the competition ...

Great customer approach, I wanted to be able to transport the bike in a small car, I was considering a rear hatch holder or buying a folding bike, The seller accurately and professionally presented all these possibilities, I chose a bike, and for the bike I also took other handles and the necessary, dream accessories, You installed everything, advised and checked I highly recommend this store :-)
