Very unpleasant service in registration. Two weeks ago I was personally changing the date of Holter. I was supposed to be entered. I'm coming today and it turns out that I'm not on the list. A lady in registration that I should have a grudge against the person who served me. For me, this is a huge trip because I'm moving in a wheelchair. She saved me for a new date and I learned by experience that this time, I would like a note with a stamp. And this one to me that I can even rent a graphologist as I want. I do not know if she had a bad day or how, but she was rude and insolent to me, and all words were spoken in such a tone that it was a pity to talk. I also worked in registration but I did not behave in a way towards people, even if they were unpleasant to me. Some are not suitable for working in contact with people. Or maybe you just wanted to show your superiority bullied verbally on someone weaker, disabled. The event took place on 19/02/2018 at 12:20. The main entrance has been shut down for a few weeks and it is necessary to enter the side doors, which are very heavy. Someone came up with a brilliant idea and at the very entrance he put a rug that folds up and screwed into the front wheel of an electric trolley. I could not move because it caused further screwing the carpet into the wheels. The call for help was not answered by the registration staff. Finally, the cleaning lady took pity on me for which I thank you very much. Beloved Awimedzie so far when I was with you was all well but today you have gone through the whole, so I do not remain indebted.

The telephone or personal registration process itself runs smoothly and quite quickly. I was here on several visits and two specialists were 5/6 times and each time the hour was shifted by a minimum of 45 min. I am aware that sometimes patients bring about this state of affairs themselves. They arrange meetings and then refuse without further notice. Only why do those who arrange a day be punished because, for example, more than a full set was saved on that day, because it is assumed in advance that several oils will not come.
