Very poor office, I do not recommend. Already the fact that I was asked to pay cash because "it's easier for them to settle with the doctor" was quite strange for me, the rest of the visit turned out to be even more bizarre. I will start with the fact that I have never met the practice of charging for the demonstration of proper teeth cleaning. The instructing took place while scaling and sandblasting was performed - I would add that the treatment itself reached a dizzying 280 PLN (320 if with fluoridation) in this clinic. No one informed me that the show of a profitable use of a toothbrush for a dental office would require a fee of PLN 50 (!) In addition, the practice is supposed to pay PLN 80 in practice for "putting on a patient's card", that is, entering a name and a chart into a diagram that would require work - this procedure seems to be routine and included in the price of the procedure. In addition, I was misdiagnosed and actually biased during registration. When I called to arrange a visit, I clearly emphasized that I care about periodontal treatment. The lady registering me for a visit said that the doctor is a periodontologist, which turned out to be not true. The doctor does not have such a specialization and I was asking about it during a telephone conversation. My partner's visit was in a hurry (on the same day, the time of our visit was changed and it turned out quite late in the office). For sandblasting and scalling the 4 front teeth, the clinic decided to delete it as well as for the entire service, I will add that Daniel did not sit in the chair for more than 5- 10 minutes and he had to indicate which one still needs to be cleaned of the stone. The Cabinet demanded 600 zlotys for my sanding + scalling and 5 minutes of sandblasting Daniel (with scalling of a couple of frontal teeth). When I asked what this sum was - I was then informed about all the additional costs, which I consider to be very unprofessional. I had to talk to the head of the company to get some compromise. The telephone conversation with the doctor was relatively unpleasant (it was hard to get a word) and ultimately not very effective. After long discussions, we left the cabinet with distaste, receiving a PLN 70 discount. The doctor is rather okay, although I advise you to warn patients about a possible cost estimate, because I do not think that many people would consciously write on the expensive, detachable brushing instructor. Overall, I do not recommend. The office is expensive and unprofessional.

The doctor is an excellent dentist. Channel treated with persistence and success, moreover gently. A sense of humor can not be denied by the doctor what makes up the whole. Satisfaction guaranteed. I would recommend.

Mrs. Dr. set fire to the tool with which she took the medicine from my tooth. A piece of this warmed material fell on my lips and burned them ...
