I ordered a webcam. I am satisfied with the webcam and great service, fast delivery. But I have a slight objection to the in-store organization. In the period before the holiday season, when there are a lot of people interested in shopping and information about the goods, there was no price readers in the store, 4 people were at the counter, they had their hands full, I have no complaint, I managed to locate one seller in the store who was busy with other customers and so he did his best. I wanted to find out about the price of microphones because the customers probably mixed up on the shelf, and some of the prices were probably removed. And I had to wait in line to find out about the price. A reader would simplify things a lot. But I am generally satisfied with the service in this store, I have already made a few purchases here.

My husband and I were looking for a hood, we walk, watch, wait for the help of a professional, I went to another seller to ask for help, he said that he was not from this department and someone would come soon. In fact, the Lord came, neither good morning nor ... Well ... I ask if there is a hood like on your website, shows on the phone, the seller does not need to be ordered, I say ok. some, and you only have to look at it, no kindness, help and advice to the client. I'm talking to my husband, okay, we'll go to another store, and the seller says, "Go away" No words, people work for punishment or what? I will not recommend this store due to the lack of commitment from the staff.
