Beautiful, solidly made chairs. I wish I had bought a sofa there as well. A very big minus for handling the post-term order. After 30 working days, I asked about the expected date of the relationship (after placing the order, I received a declaration that the implementation time would not exceed 30 working days), I received a reply that the employees are on vacation and this period is not included in the working days (for the client it is not obvious, zero sorry, zero inf about the estimated date). Later, when the chairs were ready, I received a phone call and then I was on vacation, so you complained that the chairs would be in the warehouse for 3 weeks (MEGA UNPROFESSIONAL), so I explained that I would not cancel / adjust my vacation delayed order without a given deadline, the word sorry also did not fall. It so happened that I was able to pick up the chairs faster than I anticipated. The products look beautiful and neat, it was worth the wait. I came to the store on recommendation and I will also recommend it, but at the same time I will emphasize the poor service of online orders, the delay did not bother me, but the absolute lack of basic communication skills is unacceptable to me. Ps the ordering service itself was quick and efficient and the staff were helpful.
