I have been training there for 3 years. The place has the character of a professional training studio and a healthy lifestyle but I feel there is a family warm atmosphere. A unique place I recommend.
The first conversation with Paulina was very nice, it is a pity that she did not immediately say that people with "genetic diseases" (whatever that means) are not SUPPORTED in the 21st century .... with them !!! they wrote so beautifully on their website "Center for a healthy lifestyle. A place created with passion and professionalism ......" they forgot to add
Super seat reservation. I have been going for 1.5 years and I can see the differences. There are no monotonous workouts, and most importantly they are tailored to you. Small groups, no cokes and a fairly large selection of activities From metabolic to calisthenic to stretching. Run by people with passion who care about you doing the training well and being satisfied. 100% satisfaction
