Personally, I do not recommend it. Everything went smoothly with the purchase of the apartment until problems with the personal transfer of documents to the notary began. The lady from the real estate office had a big problem to provide the documents personally at the request of the notary. She tried to ignore the request and send the documents electronically. Not every notary wants this form of transferring "information". A lady from the office explaining that we live in modern times and should make our lives easier, besides, she does not have time to go to the center with every receipt at the click of a button, she just "got lost". In the end, she did her job right, finally she takes money for something. Besides, not the right approach to the customer. My husband and I felt inadequately treated due to our young age. Perhaps this was one of the main reasons for the incompetence of your broker. To sum up, it's a waste of nerves and time. I recommend (if you already have no choice) to choose another real estate agency and find it appropriate treatment and service. greetings
