I ordered a courier home. Shipment from day to day. It's summer 26 degrees in the shade. I was a little worried if the cured meats would break. The sausages were covered with a gel cooling insert and vacuum packed. The cooling insert was still partly frozen and the cold meats. Taste EXCELLENT!
Excellent cold cuts! Traditional and maturing ham, wild boar sausage and maturing pigs. Delicious, aromatic, tasty, salty.
Rapid delivery by courier to Warsaw in the hot period before Easter. Bows to the authors of the recipes. I would highly recommend!
Finally a company was established that produces sausages called Roasted and Smoked in a traditional way, as it used to be centuries ago without using the ubiquitous chemi. The process of creating products is long adequate to the quality and taste. Everyone who tries it will definitely come back again. I highly recommend products from this company .
