2.5 years ago at my wedding I had the unquestioned pleasure of trying GREAT F&F Cakes. From that time until today it was my best confectionery in the area. The products are still at the highest world-class level but the service ... something clearly did not play here ... On Tuesday I ordered a cookie cake, two cubes, pockets with cream and croissants cherry (all with pickup today on Friday). An hour ago I came to pick up the order. From the entrance, the saleswoman told me that there are NO CUBES BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT PRODUCING THEIR ... SHOCK !! When ordering, I gave my phone number but NOBODY CALLED to tell me that half of my order is not there ... If I got such a phone call, I would quickly decide on something else and I didn't even have such a chance. Tomorrow's party and I stayed "on ice". VERY NOT NICE ...
I highly recommend it!, We ordered a 3-heart wedding cake and it was sensational !, Beautiful stately and delicious in taste. Service on site very nice and the price compared to Bydgoszcz Staropolska or competitive Owl.
