I don't recommend a large lack of competence at all, my case was dealt with for almost two months. I called after a month when my case would be settled, a person serving me who did not introduce himself despite my requests, stated that I had not provided any document. I mention that a month ago the person who served me said that he has everything. No possibility to lodge a complaint, no contact with the owner of this company.
