Poor manager. Poor contact, if it is not possible to approach the office personally, but you can not find it there. Correspondence does not go to the address (although the Lord swore that it was once sent, and the second time personally thrown into the box ALE, probably, he confused the block ...). This manager does not inform (by e-mail, SMS) about any matters, and when he reports anything, the cases are delayed on average by more than a month. The door closer did not work for about a month, which left the door open all night. I do not recommend it unless you like to get nervous and do not know what is going on in the building where you own the apartment.
