Today my fiancée went to this pseudo pastry shop to choose a cake and a wedding cake. From the very beginning, a gentleman (probably the owner) turned to his clients with great grace to serve them. Disgust made it clear and I quote (now people do these weddings like christenings) that he probably doesn't care about the client. He imposed on us his own cakes that he prefers to make with great grace, he agreed that we could choose our proposal from the catalog. The great drama and problem for this gentleman was the request to cut the cake before it was delivered to the wedding house. The cake proposals from the catalog of this confectionery are cakes from the times of the Polish People's Republic, there is no possibility of choosing decorations made of live flowers, here I am quoting again (flowers emit poison to the mass of the cake and then people run to the toilet). When we decided that we would take the cake itself, the Lord said that he would not do worse at home and better at other patisseries. And that it is not profitable for him, therefore he will not make any cake at all. We advise against such service in these times and situations where we have such behavior is the height of rudeness and stupidity. We believe that a wedding for 80-90 people is not such a small wedding nowadays. Steer clear of such companies and people from afar !!!!! I recommend this man culture lessons in customer service. The service was terrible, we wanted a cake and a cake for a wedding, but in this confectionery we do not dress cakes with live flowers because they emit poisonous juices, the owner says for the cake, because if we do not take the cake, the cake does not pay off. And it seems we are in the twentieth century, as you can see not everywhere

I have often ordered sweets from them for various occasions. The only thing I was disappointed about was that they disappeared from the plates too quickly ... but they left a pleasant hunger :) I would recommend!
