I share the negative feedback below. It's been a long time since I had such poor customer service. The level of the level master release - Mrs. Manager leads the decisive, disgraceful lead. An avalanche of hopelessness was announced at the very beginning of the order, i.e. I chose furniture that can be seen outside the website in Zamość, but I was informed about the wrong duration of the promotion. Then when I came to place the order, I couldn't do it because the lady in the store was a completely fresh employee and couldn't enter it into the system. The next day the manager entered the order and it started. After 2 weeks, when I called, I found out that most of the furniture had arrived, but there are 2 cabinets missing, which will be delivered next week. The ones that were picked up and so it was the next 3 weeks of ignoring, promising to provide information and lack of it, selling, cheating and making up strange stories by the store manager. In general, I do not recommend, unless the purchase "on the spot", the service clearly cannot cope with term orders and transactional care. Bad is an understatement. Edit: after talking with the regional manager, the furniture was supposed to be this week, and today I talked to the store manager and they are supposed to be in only 2 weeks. Someone's out here. Total order time 9 weeks. Aliexpress arrives faster. At the same time, in other stores, you wait about 2 weeks for the same model.

I ordered kitchen furniture and table tops to match. The waiting time was supposed to be 4 weeks. After a month, you call me that the kitchen furniture is there, but there are no worktops because they forgot to order. Ok, I think I'll wait. Another week after ordering the countertops, the Lady calls you that your order is rejected, because you need to order a milling service for the countertops. Okay, I ordered a milling service and I ask again if, at least, the kitchen furniture is already there, to my surprise, the Lady replies that the kitchen is not there, because everything comes together, furniture and countertops, where the furniture was already there a week earlier. Additionally, Roman screws to connect the tops. After a month of time, the desired tops arrived, but the turnbuckles, which were to be in the boxes with the tops, were unfortunately not added by the manufacturer. Now I will fight to send me Roman screws, which cost about 130 PLN. The total waiting time for 5 cabinets and 3 table tops is about 2 months, and I still have no screws today. A big plus for Mr. Adam who works there. Helpful guy

It's been a long time since I had such terrible customer service. I thought that treating the customer as a problem is unrealistic nowadays, but as it turned out in the Abra store, it's probably a standard. First, in the store, no one is interested in accepting the order, the specified delivery time for three sofa beds is 2 weeks. After three weeks, I finally started to remember myself. The result - "I don't know" "please call" "maybe tomorrow or maybe Monday delivery we don't know". Another promise that the lady will call back and the service does not answer the phone, and when she calls on another phone and changes it, she puts the phone down! After a month of sofas, there is no money, the money is fully paid in advance. Of course, no one called from the service. I honestly advise against it, the worst service I have encountered. It is strange that the owners can afford such employees.

Interesting proposals when it comes to sofas, one I especially liked and I will buy such a good price and decent workmanship. the shop assistants described each couch professionally were nice and knowledgeable and kind and despite my questions without impatiently explaining everything. thanks was nice.

The worst store service I have ever encountered! The employees seemed to be sitting there as a punishment Mistakenly advising a client when creating a kitchen design Then, informing about the availability of the product long after the deadline I come to pick up the furniture, and I hear that they cannot spend it because there are no warehouse workers today When the furniture arrived, it turned out that one cabinet was completely different than I ordered Only for people with strong nerves, because incompetent employees would work in the store at every level, I have not yet met
