I bought a hamster bedding here. I found a big problem when I compared their bedding with another same product I bought from leopardus. Left one is from leopardus, right one is from this store. Apparently, left one is very compacted and new, left one is friable and faded. I don't even know if this is used... I gave 2 stars for the bad quality management...

I definitely do not recommend this store. We bought a rabbit here a few days ago. The rabbit is now fighting for his life. The doctor said that he was already sick in the store and weaned him too early. He was emaciated. Luckily he came to us. It's a scandal to treat animals like this!

The person who served us and it was the Lord, not very helpful. He sold us a hamster and a cage that we chose ourselves because we liked it visually, but the person who works in such a store should have an idea of ​​what's going on and inform us that the hamster will be able to slip through these gaps. The hamster escaped the first night. I wanted to replace the cage, not to get a refund, but to replace it, maybe even for something cheaper, but to fit our hamster, unfortunately, always the receipts that turn out to be needed are lost without a word, only the unnecessary ones remain in the wallet :). No willingness to help after making a mistake (in my opinion by the seller). I would like to add that the Lord was completely uninterested in whether we want to buy something or not, only when he saw that we were a specific and determined customer, he tried to create the appearance of a nice customer.

Prices are quite high, but when entering a chain store you have to take this into account. A wide range of products, worse with fish and plants, I recommend shopping here elsewhere. Aquael itself is good quality, from Poland so it willingly decides on these products.
