A beautiful place with the Sopot river behind the fence. The equipment of the house, resulting from the owners' attention to detail, is at a very high and thoughtful level. There is no such thing that you think you need, and you will not find it in a drawer (grill trays, openers, kitchen equipment as a whole or even a paper towel). Plus a fireplace for cooler nights. Peace and quiet, and at the same time a great starting point, not only for local attractions in Roztocze, but also due to the short distance to the bus stop (runs every 3 / 5h), you can comfortably go to Zamość or Zwierzyniec, taking your bike with you! RECOMMEND!

Fantastic house, the owner ambitiously approached the subject and comprehensively thought about everything needed. House clean, very cozy and comfortable. The area is quiet, peaceful and very attractive. The location of Nowiny among forests and numerous bicycle routes allows for cycling madness as well as forest walks in forests rich in forest fruits. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, you can enjoy the beautiful greenery of Roztocze, clean and fresh air and peace ... This kind of atmosphere allows you to take advantage of your vacation and charge your batteries 100%. Sure we come back next year!

A beautiful, new, well-kept house in a quiet area by the Sopot River. There is a stone grill and a roofed barbecue place on the site, as well as a bonfire place, terrace and a small bridge with a bench by the river. Close to the picturesque Szumów nad Tanwia. Nice and helpful owner. I heartily recommend

In a cottage in Nowiny our 4-person family (2 + 2) spent a wonderful holiday. Cottage brand new, beautifully finished and equipped. A large field with grass, ideal for games and ball games or badminton and catwalk. Covered place with a stove and grill and fire place. A hammock behind the fence and access to the Sopot river, where children could splash (water to ankles, deepest to the knees). On both sides of the plot no one lives, and the village of Nowiny itself is quiet and peaceful. Once an hour he will drive a car so there is peace and quiet. An ideal place for a total rest away from the big city and noise. The only sounds are the daily morning concert of birds. With a bit of luck you can watch the woodpecker knocking on the trees. The kitchen is fully equipped (only no dishwasher, but it does not bother you completely), bathroom too. There is a TV, so if the children get bored, they can watch the fairy tale in the evening. The house has no GSM coverage, but for us it was just an advantage! :). You have to go to the corner of the plot to catch one line. Very nice owner. We will definitely be back next year, because Roztocze is divine !!!
