Cash service massacre !!! I do not recommend, min. waiting hour.

No one knows or can do anything in the facility. The ladies are cluttered with paperwork. Queues to the cash registers are MINIMUM 1 hour standing !!! Every time I was there I had to ask or argue with the service to do anything. Welcome to the banking of the Middle Ages. I suspect the main fault for such quality of service is the manager himself or the company policy, I think about transferring the account.

The worst bank and service in the whole of Bochnia, huge queues for five windows because only two people are serving and three are patting to computers (why are they sitting at the customer service desk and not in the back room ??) as soon as a man shows up, it turns out that nothing will do, you need to go to the window next to just to find out that you need to checkout ... 🤯 all without any desire to help, smile ... lack of competence and friendliness of employees. We have hard times, difficult and demanding clients, the level is rising ... it would be appropriate to employ people suitable for customer service. The bank also offers poor account conditions compared to the competition.

Tragedy has been in the queue for 20 minutes. I do not understand why with 5 windows are only 2 open. Between 12-15 hours you have to take a minimum of 40 minutes to be served.
