Unfortunately, I was disappointed .. please check all the things you buy carefully .. in case of complaints the service is not nice .. I reserve right in advance .. I will not buy anything there ..

I am positively surprised not only by the professional approach to the client, but also by the friendly service 🙂. What's more, I was kept informed at what stage my Order was. After presenting me the services they provide, I am convinced that this is the best zoological in this city.

Pets kept in shameful conditions. Ladies sit and eat and animals sit hungry in these "cages". Ladies have no clue on animals when I was taking a rabbit, they were pushing grains for a rabbit for me ... Animals boiling in these mini cages trying to get out. If there were no animals and the ladies would undergo training and remove products not suitable for animals, there would be 5 stars.
