Ladies very nice and competent. They can advise well. The branch is open until 5 pm, so I recommend different hours, then there are no queues, and not only accumulating at 8:00 :)

I have been standing in line for an hour as well as we have been together. you have no idea about making a foreign transfer, I had to do it myself through banking.

Not very competent service in the home loan department. The lady deliberately refuses to give a specific answer. Rude and cheeky. She does not react to questions asked and constantly treats the client with a well-worn and learned formula. After 20 minutes of conversation, nothing was known yet. I haven't seen such a low level of customer service in a long time. In the branch in Chrzanów, they solved the problem immediately.
