In a word - failure. Unpleasant service, rope queues, the pace of work, God blessed and of course one person to handle. Shattered nerves and wasted hours. Run away 🏃♀️
The worst institution in which I had to do anything.
Rude service. Unfortunately, ladies in windows do not sin politely. They ask to send an e-mail inquiry, then they tell me that they won't give it to me. They were vulgar to the young postman. It is hard to describe all this with cultural words, but it would be a shame to descend to their level.
the massacre I would gladly dispose of those serving on the whipped face, there were 3 people in front of me with some payments and I waited over 20 minutes who employs such people
I met here a very unpleasant situation on the part of the only postman, a member of my family too. Queues are sometimes terribly long, or people just remember to take letters from several months from the mail (...), so the waiting time is also long. Service is fairly well known, everyone can have a bad day, so sometimes it is more dry.
In general, nothing special and nothing bad.
