Fatal service - the engagement ring was purchased in a Krakow showroom where it was ensured that the reduction or enlargement of the ring could be ordered in any salon. On the other hand, the lady from the salon in Nowy Sącz refused to order the service, because, according to her, a ring with three diamonds could not be reduced. In addition, the attitude towards the client was very unpleasant and unprofessional - she made us go to the salon where the ring was purchased. On the other hand, the ladies from the Krakow salon in the Krakow gallery were surprised by the attitude of that lady - we were even explained exactly how such a ring is reduced and that it can even be shortened by two sizes without any problems. There we were served as needed - professional and very cordial. However, the service in the salon in Nowy Sącz to be replaced!

I do not recommend the website and stationary store, the service from good morning to which I greeted surly and expects that the customer knows everything. I used the service twice and the first shipment took 2 weeks, although the product was available and the second was ordered earlier because I knew there would be a delay, in the comment I added that the waiting time for the shipment in the salon was extended, the shipment was sent later, it barely arrived on time. I do not recommend.
