The store and the people who create it are very customer oriented. Knowledge of the market, available appliances and equipment. They will help the doctor and the patient choose the appropriate product. A large selection in the store, and if they do not have something, it will be available immediately. We are very satisfied with the shoes and insoles recommended to us. By the way - Footwave orthopedic insoles, Mercedes among the insoles. Good support for the foot significantly improves its kinetics, reduces loads and eliminates pain. I recommend the shop and well-matched insoles!

After the store's response, I decided to change (as promised) the opinion and raise the rating from 1 to 3 stars due to the fact that (I confess) I did not know that there is a distinction between child and adult surcharge. However, the amount of the starting price is still incomprehensible to me. Earlier I indicated that I had to pay extra to the orthosis issued 25 PLN, which is actually 10% of the price that was to be without extra payment, i.e. 250 PLN, and that would be correct. However, I do not understand why the price is PLN 250 for an orthosis, which can be bought for around PLN 100. Then the customer's surcharge would amount to about PLN 10 (NHF would also pay less in total). Maybe PLN 15 is not an astronomical difference, but it is - especially for someone he gave who every penny counts. And in the case of an orthosis that costs PLN 1,000 on the market, the difference would already be significant. To sum up: the service is very nice and approaches the client in a very professional and courteous way. Location good, but it's difficult to park in the area, the store is well equipped and they are certainly able to offer a wide range of products. In my opinion, one downside are slightly high prices. Therefore, I do not advise against shopping in this store, but I suggest you verify real costs in advance.
