I don't like how the bank works. Not only that, there are times such as opening hours that it is difficult to arrange anything (from 10-12, where first senior hours, then queues for 30 people). In addition, the security guard, an elderly man, rude and rude. It does not fulfill its task at all, because where there is to be a limit of people to 10 max, it allows inside the room where a dozen or so people pass to the ATM, there are probably 30 people in the queue waiting. One by one he wrinkles. Then, instead of letting people go one by one, the cattle pushes and who came last comes first .. What happened recently when I was there was a massacre. Only the ladies at the box office are nice

I estimate the bank itself at 1/5, but today I was impressed with the service. The nice lady did not even try to stop me from closing my account and quickly completed the formalities.

I change my mind. The bank changes its opening hours depending on how it blows And of course no info on the Internet

Nice and helpful staff - they will talk, advise and help. The facility itself is clean and elegant, rather without queues. I RECOMMEND.
