Please watch out for the so-called external modems for set-top boxes. They are sold damaged and not working. The consultant replaced it with a new one and it didn't even work in the showroom. The service was unable to solve the technical problem. It seems that Cyfrowy Polsat's equipment is being handed out damaged and not working ...

Zero zero and again zero and even me than zero. It is not enough to dress in a shirt and sit behind the computer because the straw from the shoes sticks out of the lack of culture and I won't even mention it. I gave the equipment that did not reach Polsat and I was charged. During the telephone conversation with you from the point I learned that it was not his problem but mine. When I said the call was being recorded, he threw the phone. On the second phone another gentleman is trying to settle the matter but again I hear that I have to settle with Polsat myself. I advise you to bypass this point better to come to Żywiec full of culture and professionalism.

Another operator with whom I had to deal, promises good LTE 150Mbit only on paper, real after midnight max 45Mbit, in the day or half of this. Plus only for the fact that it was possible to terminate without costs.
