Very unprofessional approach to work. I called several times the phone was hung up the line is busy. Nobody forces anyone into a position they do not want to do. This office needs a competent team, nobody picked up the phone yet put it down. It's a very nasty business
The worst facility in the area
Grandfathers, what a few, they cut the number for the third time while delivering the parcel, distracted me by entering the text "TRYING TO DELIVERY" in the place to track the parcels, which is of course total nonsense. I was at home all day and no one deigned to contact me in any way, and here they write a delivery attempt - which attempt I ask. They are pathetic and so much, never again Polish post
