I was served by Mr. Łukasz R. and as it turned out later, an incompetent and terribly lying person. First, I purchased a mobile internet with the option of checking and returning within 14 days. Interenet in Krakow operated at a speed of 3-5 Mb / s so I decided to return the device and opt out of mobile internet. The return of the equipment took place after 9 days at the point at the Chaplain at Mr. Łukasz's, but this man in the system marked the usual contract termination and got a fine of almost PLN 1,000. I had to write an appeal and it was only corrected ... The next situation is poor coverage on a mobile phone. Mr. Łukasz offered me a replacement of the SIM card, maybe it is just faulty, of course the service is "COMPLETELY FREE, BECAUSE IT IS A PLUS", I agreed, because the helpline applications do not change anything (since May 2018 I have reported 14 times the range problem). A month passes and a bill comes with an additional charge of PLN 25 for replacing the SIM card. The hotline will not correct it and again because of ignorance of the regulations and the impudent lying of Mr. Łukasz, I have to play and push with Plus. I advise you to bypass this seller and cheater.
