Badura something bad is going on with you / for real !. For more or less two years you have been completely out of date with the current design of shoes, maybe it is worth betting on designers for the 25-40 age group, when I thought shoes, there was one slogan in my head - Badura! Now I'm banging on the shelves, because everything such, or bland, or for women 50+. I love your quality, but for the money I would like to have nice-looking shoes, last year, probably also in this (nothing for me), I got into NTargu shoes ... I will wait until you shudder

1) Change to another size without problems. 2) The complaint has been approved (exchange for a new copy). 3) Quick reply to e-mail. 4) Solidly made of good materials.

Shoes not for use, but for viewing. Zero contact with any department for a week. I'm sorry. Sometimes the line is busy. There is no reply to the e-mail.

I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND this producer! High prices and the product of very poor quality. Footwear after a few months of use began to deteriorate, the first complaint, of course, rejected. Appeal lodged as a second complaint. The producer did answer, but not within the statutory period of 14 days (reply to letters sent in the form of laconic SMS messages without the use of Polish characters and any punctuation rules), explaining the delay with holidays and "holidays", which of course does not matter because the legislator in the regulations it says about 14 days, not 14 days without Sunday, holidays and non-working days (it is very unprofessional that such a large company does not know and DOES NOT COME with basic consumer rights). After a few letters, I referred the case to a law office, in mid-April my representative received an e-mail about acknowledging the claim, but first I was to send footwear back. I did so - on April 15, 2020, the shoes were received by the complaint department, but I have not received a refund until today. Shame for the approach to the customer, I will never buy shoes from this manufacturer and I strongly advise against everyone.
