The worst post office in Krakow. Always some problems. Despite being at home, the postman leaves a notification or just changes the status in the system and nothing appears. Ladies at the point of being offended by the whole world as if they not only worked for punishment but also for punished veins. Today, my cash-on-delivery package has not been delivered, I did not receive a visa, only by checking the status, it turned out that there was an "attempt" of delivery. I try to order by post only as a last resort because there is a problem every time. I strongly advise against this facility and the Polish post office in general!

I understand the legitimacy of leaving the advice note when someone is not at home, but not when someone is at home because he is currently working remotely! It's not one situation, it's the same all the time. I order parcels by post only as a last resort and there is always a problem.

First of all, the service is very efficient and nice, all the necessary services and accessories are always available. Everything is in line with the expectations one has towards such a facility. I am always happy when I use this place.

Monstrous service, ladies sitting as punishment in their work. Postmen can only throw avizo and often to the wrong mailboxes. Bravo...

Due to the fact that I can't leave the house, I was waiting for a courier. If I did not check the waybill, I would not even know that apparently the notice is in the box. I wonder how it's possible since I'm all day. From what I read in other reviews, it is not even known if I am in this mailbox. Now I have to ask someone to check if he is and go to pick up the package. Polish Post, as usual, does not disappoint ....
