The cemetery is founded on a rectangular plan with beveled south corners and fenced with metal pillars connected by handrails. The entrance from the north side is closed with double-wing gates made of metal rods. At the entrance there is an information board with the coat of arms of the Tarnowski Poviat. The main element of the cemetery is a high cross made of metal beams on a concrete pedestal with the date "1915". In the cemetery there are tombstones in the form of simple, slender iron crosses on concrete pedestals, on which are placed oval, enamelled plates with information about buried. 16 soldiers from the Austro-Hungarian army from the 59th Infantry Regiment and 2 Tyrolean Imperial Rifle Regiment who died on 5 May 1915 were buried here.
