This company is absolutely amazing and worth recommending. They picked up and delivered many parcels for me including windows, furniture, delicate products like coffee machines and other things and I can always count on professionalism and delivering parcel intact. I can recommend them to everybody.

I have been using this company for last few years not sure why. They have very shady reservation system when you just order pick up via text message. There are many people who work for the company and many phone numbers which usually make it very difficult to communicate with them not knowing who you have spoken with last. I had a problem with pick up last time but though its one off. I have had pick up arranged for particular day they, they never came and when I called I have been told they don't have my order for pick up. They came the day after though. This time I have arranged pick up for Saturday because this was the only day I was able to be at home. I have received 9 hours time slot from 6pm-3 am (really?) I called many times to establish they chronology of work so I can have an approximate idea what time they will be at my address. They could not confirm it. I have been told I should comply to 6-3 time slot and was even told that if no one pick up that day it will happen the day after. (!!!!) Completely ridiculous. They came at 4am, done one missed call an left. Dealing with them reminds me of Alternatywy 4 movie from time of PRL!!! Unreliable and insufficient. I am surprised now that my package never has been lost and that they still trading Will not be using this company again. I will spend my money with another courier.

This company is a joke and they are liars. Third time in a row they haven't come to collect a package! It is unbelievable that you call them make an agreement and then they simply don't appear. I have called them and texted them. Just don't use they service, if you don't want to wait for hours in vain. Irritating and disrespectful.
