This post is a swamp - unpleasant and simply offensive employees, they pretend to be tired and they sit there and basically do nothing, because there are no people. They lie insolently to the customer's face. When sending a pen drive in a bubble envelope, he indicates the size L, which is simply a mockery. They also did not want to accept the parcel packed in a plastic wrap, because it is a quotation "no rectangle and no square". To arrange anything in this email, there is always a problem - either they have a big deal, or their computers don't work, or they don't know how to do something and tell the client that it can't be done. And prices are some mockery - we are talking about post office in general - why should I use e-mail if courier parcel insured InPost or DPD costs PLN 12 and Economy Package PLN 13. The choice is obvious! Avoid email! Letters are lost and packages always go very long. From now on, I only use InPost, the parcel machine is very close to the post office, so it's perfect for me. I advise against using e-mail services - especially this outlet. Regards
