Customer service in English is always welcomed in 2018. The guys were friendly and very helpful. Had my bike fixed quicker than I expected and quicker than quoted. I have a few more things for them to fix, so we will see how it goes next week.
asking 100 zl to assemble a 16" kids bicycle is just greedy..
I have been three times and each time I got professional help. Two days ago I ran straight off the road with a dirty bike and a shock failure. The gentlemen immediately took care of my skott, fixed the defect and advised on a few other bicycle topics. Thank you gentlemen, good job 💪
I liked the store, guys are great, I am especially grateful for recommending a good lubricant for the Fenwicks professional chain lube. The iPhone in the world of lubricants.
I have to deal with the service 3 times:
- For the first time I gave the bike straightening the brake disc, after receiving virtually no improvement. After paying attention, the shield was improved.
- the second time is to repair the derailleur - this time it was done right away, but the final cost was higher than initially determined.
- The third time the bike was given to diagnose strange clicks as if from a bottom bracket. After 3 days of phone call that the bike is available and they do not know what is causing strange sounds. Oh, and you should pay PLN 30 ... On the receipt I received was "repairing a bicycle". Strange because the bike was repaired midopiero in another service on the same day, where the diagnosis took them about 25 minutes and the fault turned out to be trivial.
I do not recommend, but I recommend looking around the area, this is not the only bicycle service ...
