Quick, hassle-free, and with common sense. Replacing the entire drivetrain of a 20-year-old bike - in one day - with great results. I have never ridden it so lightly and pleasantly. Contact with the client - I have no objections. I am very pleased.
A very solid and honest approach to the client. They have been servicing the bike (Canyon) for several seasons and nobody will beat their prices. I recommend it with a clear conscience.
I used to service the esprit 4 knots with them probably associate, the quality of services and customer approach is a tragedy, they pull the services unfairly, they have repeatedly tried to repair the hub in the back (always the backlash returned after about 20km) they proposed replacing the wheel for PLN 400.00! Another service canceled the slack and to this day I drive (over 8,000 km) and the slack did not return, they scratched my frame (the main reason why I will never go back there) they replaced the hydraulic brakes which are new from the liquid ... the owner is not very nice, I can't say that it was checked by sport or another website and it is wrong that the owner should let it do it;)
I spent a lot of money on exchanges that were pointless, other websites were getting into my head. I do not recommend!
You can quickly notice a change of ownership. Unfortunately, this is not the same shop ❗ it's a pity. On the opinions of the previous owner, it won't take long to be incompetent and rude to the client.
Absolutely the best service I've been to.
A huge plus for an individual approach to the client, making you want to come back. Full professionalism, quickly and at a good price. The bike runs like a dream. I recommend it to everyone and I will definitely come back here myself.
