Not bad. Nice place to stay during the visit in this small but beautiful town. Piszczala knyszyñska is magnificent. Only one thing made me surprised. This hotel doesn’t accept credit cards. Strange and totally business crazy!

Worst Hotel I've ever stayed in! I was here recently for a wedding and this has to be the worst hotel ever! The staff are rude and will not help you with anything. The rooms are only cleaned once every 3 days! When you ask for extra towels or toilet paper the staff get upset! The hotel is so organized they have a restaurant which is not even open half the time! The A/C in our room didn't work and we reported it 7 times and no-one bothered to fix it! I'd recommend everyone to avoid this hotel! There are better big branded hotels in biaylstok

The hotel looks impressive from outside, but once you enter the hotel the atmosphere completely changes . The staff were rude and very unhelpful. it was almost as if it was company policy to be unfriendly and aggressive at all the times. The rooms were standard and not very impressive. I stayed for 3 nights and my towels and bedding were never changed. The hotel were so cheap in their practices that they wouldn't even leave any lights on in the hotel, it almost became impossible to find your way back to the room. We had to constantly ask the staff to use the spa facilities, even that was out of bounds in case it increased their energy costs. I actually visited the hotel due to a wedding. The food was awful and when I ordered a cup of tea, it came an hour later. The hotel wasn't busy and i would say there were about max 50 people at this hotel, so i cant understand why it took them so long. I wouldn't not recommend this hotel. Overall the stay was awful and even when we were checking out of the hotel, the owners were trying to pin some additional charges on to my bill for a room someone else was staying in.
