Hotel in the style of the Polish People's Republic, could use a refreshing interior. The rooms smell musty. The bathroom has a plastic curtain and a paddling pool instead of a normal shower, I did not expect something like this in a 3-star hotel. Cleanliness so-so, bathroom tiles dirty, towels and table cloths in the restaurant with some rough stains, and the room was overlooking a dirty air conditioner. There was an electric kettle in the room, but no cups or tea. No madness for breakfast, no fruit, few hot dishes. The tea lemon was a hit, it was dry and brown with age. I did not use the pool so I do not judge.

3 stars hotel, I would exchange for two. The assessment is based on a two-day stay, including a relic of the PRL. While the infrastructure does not remember those times, the service staff had to learn a lot from the stories of justly bygone times. You have to wait about 15 minutes for service. Nobody even informs what will be served. "You get it, don't ask and eat. The kitchen, the way of preparing and serving meals are also permanently embedded in the 1970s. Incomprehensible, after all, there are so many original, delicious dishes in this region. It is enough to visit a few nearby restaurants to see how well and tasty to cook something. The rooms have not even been refreshed since the 2000s. The only pluses are the proximity to the forest, fresh air and a decent level spa. A plus for the location. As a facility with medical and spa in the name. Only the spa is correct. The kitchen, coarse, poor service (except for one of the waiters) I do not recommend. I don't feel healthier after my stay.

The anti-COVID-19 rules are not followed at this point. Workers without masks. Many places without periodic disinfection, etc. Doubts are raised by the HACCP system - especially in the area of ​​serving food and general cleanliness. The price is not in line with the quality. Food poor. Dirty rooms. Bathroom in terrible condition - dirty and damaged fittings. Narrow and low beds, worked out. Generally, the atmosphere of the 70s ...

A positive weekend at the hotel with the Family. Service at the reception is a plus, kitchen is a plus, swimming pool not large but hot water, relaxing jacuzzi, sauna too. We will definitely come again.
