I strongly advise against !!!!! Great disappointment with the service of MOKOL. I booked kayaks and as a result the kayaks did not arrive. Briefly. Massacre approach to the client. I called MOKOL on Friday, August 7, 2020, booking 4 kayaks for Sunday, August 9, 2020. The Lord also asked not to be late and to be in Supraśl on the beach at 10.00. After arriving at the place at the appointed time, you came from the MOKOL company and declared that there was no card with my reservation and there were no kayaks for me. Then he began to persuade me that I did not call him, when I showed him that I talked to him several times, he said that I should wait and he would bring the kayaks in 5-10 minutes. I was counting on a professional settlement of the matter and I thought that nothing would happen for 10 minutes, I would wait. After 30 minutes, I call and the Lord from the Makal company is upset that I have to wait another hour. Then he stopped answering the phone and did not come. So if you want to offer your friends and yourself a great disappointment and a SHOCK due to failure to meet the contract and failure to provide the service, MOKOL is suitable for it. A runoff which was not the fault of MOKOL, I advise against such a company

We came to the rental shop without a reservation, so no kayaking trip available on Sunday. After a short consideration, the staff offers the equipment with the reservation that we may have to wait about 1 hour for the return bus. We agree to the suggestions because we have planned the whole day for kayaks, so we go. The place was great, the owner took us to the rafting place. The route is about 15 km, everything was explained to us. On the way, beautiful surroundings, lots of ducks. Clear water, fish, etc. Beautiful and peaceful. Kayaks and accessories flawlessly. Service for 6 with a plus. After the rafting trip and the phone call to the owner that we were on the spot, we were very surprised, we waited for a maximum of 15 minutes, a bus arrived and we took it easy. Thank you and see you later.

I am delighted with the service and approach to the customer. Nice owners, they have great bikes, they advised and showed on the map where to go. Renting bikes from them is really just a pleasure. And I would like to add - it is such a pleasure that I am planning again this weekend :-) I recommend, recommend, recommend !!!
