I placed an order by phone for a cake and cake for the party, then describing all the details in an SMS. 1. Cake size: I ordered a large cake, I got a medium size cake. When receiving a smaller cake, there was a problem with how to divide it between the number of people invited to the party because its size turned out to be insufficient. The owner should consider the situation in which he puts the contracting authority in this way. 2. "The inside" of the cake: I have clearly indicated that it should be a white sponge cake with a mass of strawberries. The resulting cake, unfortunately, contained a dark cocoa sponge cake ... 3. The "red velvet" cake, which, as the name suggests, is supposed to be red (and it used to be) was actually light pink. It was slightly different in taste and significantly in appearance from what I ordered 2 years ago 4. The reaction of the company to the information about the mistake: "the recipient had to get along badly with you", "it's not a problem to cut the cake so that it would be enough for more people", and then turn your back and go to another room Once I would recommend to anyone with a clear conscience, now not quite ...
