Nice, kind, cultural ladies. They are always there to help. The facility is adapted to the needs of the disabled (there is an elevator).

A very large selection of books for children, youth and forever young. Reading room. Many rooms. Functional building and adapted for the disabled. Exhibitions. I would recommend.
