I do not recommend the services of this company. I ordered the parcel transport on the 10th of July. I did not receive any return message confirming that the service will be performed. The Lord informed me that someone will come for a package on a Saturday late in the evening or on a Sunday early in the morning and assured the driver that he would contact me. When nobody showed up or contacted on Saturday evening at 23 o'clock I sent a text message. This time I got the answer that someone will be after the package on Sunday morning. In the morning, when no one spoke again, I sent another text message. Unanswered. In the end, I called. You gave me a different phone number to contact my friend. Unfortunately, when I called him, voicemail joined. Then I got another phone number. This time someone picked up and informed that the van broke down at 3 am. Ok, it happens. But why has not anyone informed me about it? Nobody bothered to notify me when the package will be picked up more or less. Zero of any contact from the company. If I did not send an SMS and rang, nobody felt obliged to contact me. Finally, tired of waiting, I went shopping, which I had in the plan anyway. I entrusted the carriage of a parcel to someone more solid.
