Sometimes empty, sometimes you can hit a giant queue. Some ladies are nice, others shouldn't have any contact with people at all. A few times it happened that you had to go for the package again, because the service did not understand that they had it at the post office. In addition to postal services, cosmetics, newspapers and stationery can be bought on site.

I have absolutely no reservations about our e-mail. I am quite a frequent visitor there and always meet with nice and very friendly service. And what about queues ??? - it's rather when people return from work.
