Dishonest approach to the client. Specifically, it's about buying a refrigerator. The equipment was purchased with home delivery via the store. Refrigerator arrived only wrapped in bubble wrap. After the supplier left, I noticed a scratch, running under the sticker with the energy class - apparently the sticker had been stuck by the store on the scratched refrigerator. Both the mentioned packaging, the scratch and the fact that the tapes securing the shelves were detached inside may indicate that there was an attempt to sell us the equipment from the exhibition without informing about it. The fact of the promotional price does not entitle the store to trickery into selling display equipment to customers. After reporting the problem, the refrigerator was replaced with a second one - this time in a solid styrofoam frame and factory foil, without any flaws and with all security, which only proves the rightness of suspicions. Can be? Can be. However, the disgust remained. I won't make any more purchases there.
I recommend. Quick and efficient as ordered.
