New house, Housing clean, situated in a great location. The morning coffee drunk on the terrace with a view of the mountains and lakes "does" all day :) The owner was very nice and friendly, everything was taken care of immediately in accordance with our requests. We were a larger group of friends, but we were very comfortable because the house is really big. We are going to repeat our stay in a future vacation.

AVOID !!! 1 star, wish it was below. The house next to the farm, thousands of flies, no nets in the windows, we hung a dozen or so glue sticks, which were black after 1 day. The host arrives and orders the lights to be turned off in front of the house because we are wasting his energy. Regular water shortages in the taps. Very poor quality bedding.

Good contact with the owner, easily "logged in" to the room, and later handed over the keys on departure. And we haven't even seen each other! In the era of COVID19, this is an additional advantage 😄. Room b. Clean, kitchenette equipped decently and works as it should. I'm also going to stay here for the next UltraHańcza.

Pros: Beautiful surroundings, great views, bike routes, kayaking, few people. You can relax. A house with great potential, were it not for the minuses that particularly hurt us. Minuses: The immediate vicinity of a breeding farm, which generates swarms of flies at home. In the absence of a mosquito net and air conditioning, we have two options. Either we live with a hundred flies, or we close the windows and we have a sauna. We cleaned the first day. The house was not prepared. The lady with whom we talked on the phone, showed us where the mop and vacuum cleaner are. I recommend resting here, if you check order before collecting the keys, the owner will be more communicative and will handle the matter of flies (mosquito nets and climate).

The rooms were not clean and so was the toilet. The washing machine was not made available to us as soon as we needed it. The toaster didn't work, and so did the gas grill. The owner wasn't very polite. We arranged the contract and picking up the keys in front of the store, because, as you said, he did not have time to show us the house. The house is full of flies and insects. We had to buy mosquito nets ourselves.
