Very cozy apartments with all equipment. Ground closed parking. Guilty for the disabled. Air-conditioned rooms. Close to the center and the beach. I would recommend.

Nice apartment, clean and tidy. Well equipped and close to the center. I advise you only to pay attention to the parking space in the underground garage. The neighbors are very sensitive about this point. If you leave the car on the wrong place, you can block your vehicle and leave a card behind the window with the payment for a stop. I had no idea that the apartments have their parking spaces. Apartment is the most recommendable, but beware of neighbors idiots.
