Three stars but I could be four. First, I will describe the pros and then explain the underrated rating. The number of wardrobes, cabinets and drawers deserves the biggest plus. A big plus for the kitchen and its equipment. The bathroom is also a plus, especially because we have a washing machine at our disposal, the rooms are large, the bed is comfortable. Tiles on the floors, which is quite practical if you accidentally spill any liquid. The distance to the lake is so small that you can go for everyday evening walks. Well now the cons. The apartment is located above the animal clinic and, unfortunately, the smell of the clinic (medicines and other chemicals) accompanies us every time the stairs are used. However, there is practically no smell in the apartment itself. The second downside is the proximity of a fairly busy street on which vehicles drive quite often even at night. At the end it is worth mentioning that we have parking in the area which is a plus but also a minus. On the plus side, on the minus side, because we share this parking lot with doctors from the clinic and it may turn out that we were unexpectedly blocked.
