I do not recommend this place. I have the impression that the owners / staff completely do not care what is going on in the guesthouse. Apart from the fact that the rooms and the kitchen are in the 90s to be renovated, it smells of damp, musty, old carpeting (which is everywhere) and sewage. The water in the bathroom is moderately hot. Even the sheets with cigarette burns! I understand that the renovation of a large facility is expensive, but you can take care of the basics ?!

3 stars because the place has great potential, large rooms. And relatively clean, bathrooms are ok. Unfortunately, the place is very neglected. The downside is the lack of a normal kitchen. With rooms of this size, it would be nice if everyone was a studio flat. No TVs. With own kitchen .. And you could pay more for a place like this, from the main road 100m, also silence .. And green around. Could use a playground for children.

I definitely do not recommend this place! After arriving at the guesthouse, no clean bedding, dirty toilet (toilet bowl dirty with soot, dust and pubic hair), stench from the sewage system in the rooms. Drunken and aggressive staff reacting with hysteria to a request to refill the linen and clean the toilet after previous guests. No words!! Whoever goes to those areas to relax, avoid this place with a wide berth !!!

No signposted access to the guesthouse, unfortunately the parking lot is very steep and overgrown with grass, the guesthouse service is influenced by alcohol, we got one from the two rooms we booked, the Wifi password is given but no network to connect, dirty bathroom, balustrades on the balcony are dangerous and move. The owner is very polite but I think he should pay attention to what is happening in the guesthouse.

I spent two weeks in this place. Rooms clean, service very nice. The right place for relaxation. Away from the hustle and bustle. A very intimate place. Everything is great, thank you and I will definitely visit this place more than once
